1) They didn't use money, they used stock and warrants. That's 100% true. The benefit is that they are now free to persue other lines of borrowing. The convertable note agreementment limited them.

2) Most likely it was NOT IWEB. The note holders have many shares to sell. There are others too. IWEB uses stock as curency.
