Two Questions.

1) They paid the third and last payment towards $2,012,500 in the principal amount of senior convertible notes. They made previous payment in last October. Where are they getting this money? What is the immediate benefit for making this payment?

2) Do we really know for sure that ICEWEB paid for this recent pump? Is it possible someone else could have done it to manipulate the stock?
