Yes sure, its a legal demand againts minera southridge sa de cv,this demand comes from the "real" owners minera cinco minas sa de cv which says some people from southridge traspased took photos, robbed some equipment and provide false info in the southridge web page.
This is just a demand, anyone can address that demand, we have to see, what its the veredict.
This is good info, i will try to make contact to the lawyers that represents the " real" owner and see what i can find out.

Janice, you have provided another and decisive death blow to the SRGE mess. That is a excellent discovery.

My translation of the document - it states that the company Minera Cinco Minas, S.A. de C.V. was surprised to see the photos at Cinco Minas with Southridge decals on equipment and trucks plus employees wearing Southridge clothing.

The surprise was that Minera Cinco Minas had not entered into an agreement to sell CM. That's right Minera Cinco Minas had not heard of SRGE until the photos surfaced of SRGE trespassing at CM and staging photos.

Thus they were seeking damages for the theft by Southridge. Plus, criminal prosecution.

This validates the concession titles which have MINERA CINCO MINAS listed as the owner of the concessions.
