Lol.. Minera Cinco Minas owes SRGE (well owes SRGE Directors Alejandro and Alfonso to be precise) about $1M and has zero claim on anything. The March complaint by MCM was filed and a later update to the public mining registry in July 2012 clearly shows that Minera Cinco Minas owns zip!
No death blow..just a lack of comprehension as far as i can see!
