it doesn't look good for us longs.
I did think however that cvrs will be given out on
a pre-split basis? so we will know what split will be
by march 15 but stock won't split until after march 15?
I will go back to s-4 to re-read after posting this.

Win, it was made crystal clear that the CVR's can be cut at anytime by management, they are NOT guaranteed at this point, and the fact the verbage is there leads me to believe its another screwing for the shareholders and a carrot to make you keep shares of this POS.
