Snup, RS, according to S4 will be implemented before CVR's distribution, look it up.
With Simes very shorts friendly statement that there wont be any LibiG safety update and probably any other significant news to move PPS .
Accumulation and short covering has no pressure. They gonna play their game with CEO blessing for next month or so.
3.1 M short position is in no rush to cover.
Tang is the major player in this crappola.
