You have asked this question 10 times and this is the 10th time I will answer it. Barrick has not sued because they don't own it (IMO).....but JL doesn't either (FACT). Before you ask...No I am not sure who owns it. I AM sure of one thing though...JL DOES NOT OWN IT!! Don't the documents I posted a link to even make you think of whats going on? JL the day before said he didn't know what catchathief was talking about when he said that his brothers name and signature were all over those 2011 Mina Pascua documents.Really?? Those are genuine documents that JL has not even acknowledged even though he has posted many times since I posted the link.

I totaly agree, if Barrick had a leg to stand on MSX and JL would have been squashed by now - there silence regarding matters at hand concerns me far more than the silence from our company.
