Tibby, I know this is a board to chat about our MSX company, with it alot of bs comes with it too...unfortunately, this is how it is and how it is going, I would direct people to the website, www.msxgold.com for real reading and information as it is out there for all to read, one cannot believe anything they read on here or any chat board, even the y board where there are people attacking barrick and also defending barrick, I am sure that Feb 1st, MSX AGM will answer questions from some MSX shareholders who are not happy with lack of news, perhaps that is a good thing, for a company to just spout out everytime they have new good news from their business partner JL, obviously there are people here that would like to see MSX and JL fail on the 50/50 JV that is for sure, however, out of the control of anybody here for sure.

Why Has Barrick not Sued MSX for slander of the PR's they put out on Pascua????
Anybody? CAT, YKR.QUER. and the rest of you or one? Anything?
Because in my estimation, barrick is lacking title at pascua and more over, WHY would barrick want to open up a can of worms for the media here in North America? LOL
Time will tell but I honestly think that MSX is in the drivers seat right now at law, I am also thinking that JL will have better then good news from his law team in Chile, which will then have to spill into Canada and USA
