1. Under the hope that the sale to Wanx doesn't go through so JCI will get the company?

2. Then JCI can take advantage of the $100 + mill left of the grant , which would leave value for share holders???

The gap to .055 is likely to be filled and "IF" there is any, "share structure will continue," type news... Well then we would see a number I'm not willing to speculate about.

either way .04 has had a polarity change. Yesterday's ceiling is today's floor.
