But if this stock gets delisted and shares get cancelled, why would anyone be buying???

1. Under the hope that the sale to Wanx doesn't go through so JCI will get the company?

2. Then JCI can take advantage of the $100 + mill left of the grant , which would leave value for share holders???

Just trying to clarify the thought process....
