Might today's settlement with Lucent lay the groundwork for a 3G license agreement with Ericsson for infrastructure.

Can someone refresh my memory; Are we working with Ericsson, or Sony-Ericsson on the MUOS project with General Dynamics?

Concerning any agreement with LU. If the speculation from 2 years ago is correct, IDCC and LU have a ready to sign agreement that was drafted 2 years ago. Why not just sign that one and get it over with. Remember when UB stated that we would have a named licensee and then we filed suit with LU which appeared as if it was LU he was talking about. If it was, you can bet they have an agreement that was close and if it was good for both parties back then, it should be good today.

I just hope it clears up old issues as well as future ones. We don't need to go back to court again with LU for at least another decade. Hopefully it also nails Nokia to the proverbial cross.
