Because there hasn't been any dilution over the last several months, that is what makes IPRU worth watching in my opinion. That's a major potential positive.
Yet a negative in my estimation is simply the business model as we are made aware of it. Go to Barnes and Noble and there is NO SHORTAGE of magazines available ALREADY in existence that cater to cigar/spirits affictionoddo's. Where's the DEMAND? I don't believe there IS any. Rather - just the opposite. Already a saturated market.
My bet is that the magazine dies on the vine, UNLESS Lincoln starts diluting the peewadin out of shares to come up with the cash to keep a sinking ship afloat, and if he can't manage to muster up the gumption to fire off a few PR's ... IPRU would then become quickly a bloated - ever increasing diluted piggly-wiggly until the surprise R/S gets popped as always seems nearly inevitable.
Now if the dude was crafty IMO, he should start connecting IPRU to his exotic tatoo parlar/s that one would assume is already profitable. Now you would be talking some real value connected to your shares.
