Finally after yrs. of Pinky frauds, the SEC is stepping up to the plate and ending these public offerings that only go public to steal investors money and do nothing in the way of fiduciary responsibility.
It would not likely have happened without the shareholder complaints but there is no way to know for sure. There are lots of POS stocks in pinky land, IDGI was better than many that didn't get suspended.
