that has nothing to do with the fact that this wasn't suspended due to shareholder complaints. Agreed. Finally after yrs. of Pinky frauds, the SEC is stepping up to the plate and ending these public offerings that only go public to steal investors money and do nothing in the way of fiduciary responsibility.
