LOL...It's happening wether you like it or not...65% have already "PULLED CERTS" and 15% are working on getting it done now!!!

'Share Exchange Agreement' gets us shares in "new exchange" company...these new shares are not pink sheets so they are easy to deposit back into any brokerage account.
