I personally think it is a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. If government is involved you know it's corrupt , mismanaged and inefficient. If however sec had their ducks in a row, I do believe the suspension is intended to stop the nonsense that has been going on to protect shareholder investors until they can put the real crooks ( shorts,naked shorters, corrupt mm) behind bars.imo
