srge) Has done nothing illegal, since they filed paper work to the sec prior to posting the pr stating j/v with (kinross) and i be leave they have the documents to prove it.

They "filed" nothing with the SEC. They evidently sent the Feds documents in response to a request for them. Clearly the SEC was not impressed. They suspended afterwards.
