Exactly, when you're vague or don't explain what you're talking about with a prediction you can twist the outcome anyway you like and of course all the PB followers want to give him credit. That's not the way I took what he said though and a $140M loan is not a $140M land deal.
Yes, taking on the loan should unlock future value, as you noted and hopefully at some point in time the land deal will resurface for PTQ. I'm hoping FQ will take out Inmet in the interim.
