yes that was my interpretation of Petabulls comments as well. I guess we could have been wrong about it applying to land being sold. That's the nice thing about being a tea leave reader, you can make it say anything you want.
Taking on a loan does not directly add value but gives you the leverage to unlock value in the future by developing your resources. And I certainly don't think people are saying the value to be added by the loan will be limited to an additional 130-140 million of market cap (a 80-90 cent share price after the addition).
No doubt the loan gets things moving again in Spain, hopefully it lives up to it billing.
