point well taken, my shares stay right in my account the company will see we are treated fairly!!!...my understanding shorter's cannot trade srge stock short positions?

If You folks pull certs you will never see a penny of your investment for sure... There is no possibility of southridge moving to any other exchange, US or foreign. You will be stuck with paper that won't be worth the paper it's printed on. With the Grey Market folks will still have a chance to recover some of their investment. Just do it before the volume dry's up.

I have confirmed that more than 40% are in the process or have already requested to "Pull Certs"...those that DO NOT LISTEN to me will be left with no choice but to sell on 'grey sheets' at a steep discount!!!!

stervc- Thats good advice, although i think you may need to be more adamant about the cert pulling issue. Me and you for sure know that doesnt work so well and its even worse today than it was for the time you reference to in 2005.

It's very easy to reverse the process by delivering cert's into a brokerage thereby receiving any kind of payout. divy, yes?

Ok stervc I still couldn't figure it out what do u see in SRGE, u realized SRGE CEO was doing pump and dump scene and why are u so positive? Especially that last news when I read it I already knew halt was coming. That news was too much! U should knew it too. Now SRGE trading in grey market and people still believe buy out coming, unbelievable!

Don't get me wrong I am not attacking u, u are one of the ihub member I respect in this board.
