MoMoRaptor, respectfully, with pulling certs...

I think that it is important for us SRGE shareholders to have a unified front to move forward with trying to save our investment in SRGE. I'm not so sure that pulling stock certificates would be in the best interest of shareholders. Let's talk this through more here within the forum.

I've been through a particular situation years ago where shareholders had done such and the outcome was not positive. The outcome was no more negative than what it was back then, but it didn't result in anything positive either.

Please, respectfully and in my opinion, if the company is going to issue future dividends or even shares from another entity to us SRGE shareholders, it would be better to have the shares already flagged into our brokerages accounts to receive such deliveries.

If there was some way that could 100% guarantee that every single shareholder was going to pull their cert to equate to the issued and outstanding shares, then it would facilitate revealing any short or naked short positions, but there is absolutely no way to guarantee that every single shareholder would pull their cert.

I know this because I have received phone calls from a variety of shareholders where... some say that they are going to pull their certs... some have said that they are definitely not going to pull their certs... and some have said that they are still unsure.

If there is any hope of SRGE doing something that could be of value to be delivered to SRGE shareholders, having your cert in your drawer versus sitting in your brokerage account could make things very difficult to receive (especially shares in another company or stock dividend).

Bottom line, the brokerage accounts would have to accept anything approved to be delivered by the regulatory authorities. This could eliminate any future headaches and heartaches by keeping our shares in our accounts.
