More importantly, during the process of getting the paper certs you are also locked out of trading them. once you ask your broker to pull them, and they are taken out of your brokers account for the transaction (immediately) you are 100% in limbo until you have the physical shares in your hands. No broker would accept a trade request until you show them certs in hand. Many brokers will not accept OTC/Grey certs because of the liability of fraud with them.
No shares just following but sounds like CSHD many moons ago...the scammers wanted the noob shareholders to get certs. to anybody holding I'd just sell when it starts trading and move on. Or hold and HOPE. GL
