Ignore any advice to pull your certs!!! It will absolutely NOT result in you being able to sell your shares for a premium. The only thing it would do is make it more difficult or even impossible to ever sell your shares. Those who don't pull their certs might still be able to sell when the stock starts trading via the grey market when the suspension ends.

If you pull your certs and you see that the share price is tanking, as it is fully expected to do, you would have to go through an extensive process to re-deposit your certs to sell them, and that's assuming your broker would even be willing to accept them.

Don't do it!

Pulling SRGE certs at this stage is one of the worst moves a shareholder could possibly make. There is absolutely nothing to be gained from doing it!

Beware: People who want to sell when the stock starts trading again don't want competition. They would love you to pull your certs so you can't compete with their attempts to sell.
