Did you hear the press conference?

He claerly stated that he was making on assertions about an outing and that he couldn't even make a definitive statement about whether she was a covert agent.

"He wasn't saying what else might or might not come in the future.

Do you really think that it's possible that he will, in the future, indict on the "outing"

He's stated that the vast majority of the investigation hasd taken place. After 2 years don't you think that if he was able to indict on the outing he ouwld hold out on that and jsut do indictments on the obstruction?

The important fact is that anybody who has taken the time to actually read the statute on outing knows that this case comes no where close to applying in the Plame situation
