Is it possible that eDoorways (and by extension Gary) is getting sued by multiple parties across multiple lawsuits because eDoorways has tried to rip a few people off?

During all this time has Kimmons been actually trying to make something unique? - Forget unique how about doing something he can release now? IMO more time buying excuses

Has the audit been delayed for reasons we do not know about? Has the negotiation with NIR been delaying it? Did EDWY decide to wait the audit until whenever the NIR issue was resolved for purpose of negotiating the amount owed down. - Still doesnt explain why an Audit want released in 2010 LOL, IMO more excuses while the CEO continues to get paid by shareholders

In 2006 did Kimmons not make a million dollars and was the million from stock options that were booked on the advise of an accountant by error? Is the issue really only related to his own taxes? - Its almost 2013 and Gary stil hasnt corrected this information? He acted faster trying to reach out to Bill Sawyer about his post about his Compensation LOL

Should Kimmons have dumped the EDWY legacy shareholders and jumped to S1S for his own good and pocket book? - Didnt need to IMO look at how he has made and still making by writing PR's and answering Blog Questions

Is it true that having any EDWY shareholder or for that matter anyone anywhere listen in on a phone call that big of a deal? Especially when it involves an issue the public was already given information on and that information has not materially changed? - Talk to the SEC about possible Insider Trading violations. Might be a Big Deal when Gary stated he won't summarize the phone call, why not? Might be a big deal if this same shareholder is privy to inside EDWY information and then used that information to purchase shares and also promote Gary's company without disclosure? Is this what happened Gary?

Wouldn't it be smart to delay the release of an AI based mobile application that while unique would be nothing like releasing it with ground breaking Hollywood backed cutting edge Avatar technology? Because of this decision to demonstrate the initial demonstration product was put on hold? - Is is smart to issue Rev Projections for 2012 and not release the basic part of the App to try and start Rev Generation of some sort. Over 5 years of not having Revenue? Wow if true. Wouldnt it be smart for the CEO to work for free and take that salary and reinvest back into the Company?

Is it possible that since the chill EDWY executives have been diligently working on getting the chill removed? Is it possible knows why EDWY was chilled in the first place? It is possible if Gary had run eDoorways the right way it might not have been Chilled in the first place? Over 20 years in business wow

If the old EDWY blog was being abused would it not be in the best interest of EDWY to shut down access? If today that becomes an issue even if the issue has been generated publically by just a couple of people that it would it make sense to open the old blog back up? What is abuse? Demanding production from a CEO who is getting shareholder money? No believes this, look at the declining trading volume

Doesn't the involvement of a rock solid person like CFO Chris Mitchell and the fact that EDWY has become current with OTC indicate that the audit is being worked on and will be released? - IMO it means nothing because Fred Vogt, Julio and now Chris are working on the Audit? Wow how many people are needed to complete Gary's Audit? Could it be more time buying from Gary?

Isn't it possible that from sun up to way past sunset Kimmons is working to get his vision created? And that while he may not like what is posted on some internet boards by anonymous posters he has never made one post on such a board in two decades? Or ever? - There is no proof to say he isnt posting under various names, or having members of his family do it. IMO has to be in control, has to do damage control, IMO he might be more interested in this than running eDoorways the way it should. I wonder if this partly why Rod left him and moved on to be very successful?

Is it not true that Alison Savitch has been involved in numerous films in Hollywood for many years? Isn't it true she is a special effects expert that has connections with people that work on software like that being worked on for big screen avatars? Is it true that she has connections to software developers all over the world? Its very true Gary isnt generating Revenue at the moment

Would it not be possible that Precious Mayes has not become less involved with EDWY but more involved? And because of that and deals she may be able to bring in that EDWY decided to change the structure of things to facilitate her and that maybe she is not the only one affected by the change? And that EDWY decided to change the way EDWY intends to grow by modifying their business organics because they were advised of better ways to move forward? What does this have to do with her name not being mentioned in Gary's recent reports after she was PR's...maybe its Backtracking or just using her to boost the trading volume and PPS?

Is it possible that for many years Kimmons has been attempting to create and invent some things that are very cutting edge and very complicated and that over that period of time he himself has made little money and has always been more focused on realizing a vision that maybe others do not completely understand? Nothing wrong with that but why is still getting compensation when no Revenue is being generated? Little money? Where does the fundage come from to pay Gary? If no money is coming into eDoorways how is Gary getting paid? It doesnt matter if 15K, or 45K that is a lot of money to pay a CEO who has a company that isnt generating Revenue, this is disturbing IMO. Why do does need cutting edge instead of Rightnow? IMO is sounds more like sympathy for CEO and this isnt good for EDWY shareholders IMO

Are there people that have known Kimmons for years and have lost money all the way back to GKIS who still believe that he can do something brilliant? Could they believe that to the point that they would support Kimmons even though they would not see anything in return? Because they believe him to be an honest person? Are there also some paid EDWY supoorters out there being given free shares and possibly running Penny Stock newsletter promoting Gary's company? Again it sounds like more sympathy for the CEO instead of the Shareholders

If in the next few weeks Kimmons and his team make substantial leaps forward with EDWY/S1S and the price per share goes up will that make most shareholders happy? - Its almost 2013 and millions of dollars of Gary compensation later at this point there should'nt an IF involved

Gary time is up, time for production, no more living off of EDWY shareholder. Time to run eDoorways the right way.....unless Bill Sawyer is right...about the only source of your compensation is issuing shares....if this is true...this would be very very disturbing IMO

Awesome post, what a breath of fresh air! I wouldn't trade our CEO or the A-Team for anything! They're all working very hard, and I feel lucky to be a shareholder.
