During all this time has Kimmons been actually trying to make something unique?

Has the audit been delayed for reasons we do not know about? Has the negotiation with NIR been delaying it? Did EDWY decide to wait the audit until whenever the NIR issue was resolved for purpose of negotiating the amount owed down.

In 2006 did Kimmons not make a million dollars and was the million from stock options that were booked on the advise of an accountant by error? Is the issue really only related to his own taxes?

Should Kimmons have dumped the EDWY legacy shareholders and jumped to S1S for his own good and pocket book?

Is it true that having any EDWY shareholder or for that matter anyone anywhere listen in on a phone call that big of a deal? Especially when it involves an issue the public was already given information on and that information has not materially changed?

Wouldn't it be smart to delay the release of an AI based mobile application that while unique would be nothing like releasing it with ground breaking Hollywood backed cutting edge Avatar technology? Because of this decision to demonstrate the initial demonstration product was put on hold?

Is it possible that since the chill EDWY executives have been diligently working on getting the chill removed?

If the old EDWY blog was being abused would it not be in the best interest of EDWY to shut down access? If today that becomes an issue even if the issue has been generated publically by just a couple of people that it would it make sense to open the old blog back up?

Doesn't the involvement of a rock solid person like CFO Chris Mitchell and the fact that EDWY has become current with OTC indicate that the audit is being worked on and will be released?

Isn't it possible that from sun up to way past sunset Kimmons is working to get his vision created? And that while he may not like what is posted on some internet boards by anonymous posters he has never made one post on such a board in two decades? Or ever?

Is it not true that Alison Savitch has been involved in numerous films in Hollywood for many years? Isn't it true she is a special effects expert that has connections with people that work on software like that being worked on for big screen avatars? Is it true that she has connections to software developers all over the world?

Would it not be possible that Precious Mayes has not become less involved with EDWY but more involved? And because of that and deals she may be able to bring in that EDWY decided to change the structure of things to facilitate her and that maybe she is not the only one affected by the change? And that EDWY decided to change the way EDWY intends to grow by modifying their business organics because they were advised of better ways to move forward?

Is it possible that for many years Kimmons has been attempting to create and invent some things that are very cutting edge and very complicated and that over that period of time he himself has made little money and has always been more focused on realizing a vision that maybe others do not completely understand?

Are there people that have known Kimmons for years and have lost money all the way back to GKIS who still believe that he can do something brilliant? Could they believe that to the point that they would support Kimmons even though they would not see anything in return? Because they believe him to be an honest person?

If in the next few weeks Kimmons and his team make substantial leaps forward with EDWY/S1S and the price per share goes up will that make most shareholders happy?
