I agree, movement on the land deal is the best thing that could happen for them money wise. As for believing what IR says, that comes with a big grain of salt. On what terms? The less money they need from the PP, the better the terms will be.

"hopefully PTQ announces something on the PP or will at least let us know what the hell is going on and where we stand. " Ah yes, the hope and pray method. Maybe we will get one of those informative earnings calls broadcast again some day.
