You've followed this outfit long enough to know the "hope and pray method" is about all we have here. They put out PR's on things like the PP and then you never hear anymore about it. Almost like it was never mentioned.
On what terms is a good question? I don't know because the person you're talking to doesn't know or can't say. As much as some posters on this board want others to think this Company has gotten better in the way they handle their business or communications with shareholders, I would disagree. It's still as painful as it's always been.
I suppose what might be prudent for them to do is not take the total $210M amount and only do a part of it if they expect to get some cash for a land deal down the road. We can only speculate to this point.
