Well Ray is outright lying and the way to get verified is not to have lots of trucks with Bubba running up and down the road with a stubby pencil calculating fuel consumption and emissions. The point is that you're not posting fact if I can read EPA/CARB regulations which require verification. Perhaps annual truck inspections and plenty of roadside inspections are a just joke. Those nice men in coveralls and expensive ticket books just like looking at trucks... =^)
