If you had any experience in commercial financing, you'd know that MSX does not qualify for a $1.8 billion loan, let alone an $1.8 million loan... as I've stated before, I'm 100% certain the Option Agreement as written will either default or be amended on or before it's current expiration date .... just like it had to be extended once already.
