Some have been surprised at the quick closures of the recent Private Placements ...wait Silver, as the news that's coming is substantial and the response will be overwhelming...5 months is enough time to see the dollars flow in my opinion ...Both Brent Johnson and Jorge Lopehandia are set on making this work, one way or another...if anyone can make this happen it's Brent Johnson

Like I said before ... I was 100% certain the MSX/JL Option Agreement would either be extended or end in default ... and I'll go on record that I'm 100% certain MSX will not be able to raise $1.8 billion by May 2014 either.... when it comes to raising Hundreds of Millions of Dollars; there are certain realities you must meet, and MSX doesn't even come close to meeting those criteria.
