On the morning of the June ASHM when I arrived a little late, the ASHM had been closed and completed. The votes were not even announced to me on the dilution.
Steipp agreed to field a couple of questions from me, which were posted by me back in june of 2011. Most of the pumpers on IHUB said, "Why should we believe anything that Watts said? He was the only one there."
Steipp avoided most of my hard core questions and lithely said,
Well, Drew, Bruce and I have to go to our meeting. We can't be delayed any more. So he rode up the elevator with Bruce Bromage to his room where they discussed his consultancy agreement and then took him to the company.
All in all, I was not impressed, ESPECIALLY after I read his linked in resume.
STEIPP is not one who surrounds himself with excellence.
His retention of OTIS BUCHANAN, OKEEFFE and SALAS are perfect examples of his lack of attack and decisiveness in moving forward.
I am probably the most wary I have every been in the Companies History.
STEIPP is not a Bounce Back Guy or a guy who can DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME (DIRTFT).
Engineering is fairly cut and try........it is either right on or right off.
Steipp is not a right on type of executive. A very poor choice by the Board of Directors, who themeselves, are incompetent, each and every one, in BMG's and this technology, including a has been engineer turned real estate magnate, Mohamedi Abdi, the COB of LQMT.
I am very convinced this is a FLEECE JOB by old SYMM cronies who are floundering in the twi-lights of their careers, trying to make something of mediocre track records.
