It would be hard to deny the logic of your points. So, if all that is true, then why is Visser letting it all happen? How can he be happy sitting on the sidelines? Visser is a doer, he is not a watcher. Why is he watching if this is the case? Why did he put all that money into here? I know we haven't heard much of VPC at all lately and that could be construed in numerous different ways (both positive and negative), but why would he not allow his votes to be heard? Visser is not a newbie. He's a successful furniture salesman who has probably seen just about every shyster there is to see. Why would he sit on the couch and let things happen? I'm just looking for some clarification that if Steipp is acting in an exceedingly slow fashion that is not productive, why aren't heads rolling? Instead, they are rolling in. JMHO.
