How then is SRGE generating revenues and profits on a mine that is recognized as in dispute over ownership? when two parties claim ownership NEITHER can work the property until the dispute is resolved.

2. This challenges any opportunity for a NYSE deal as you can not deal something you do not have clear legal title on.
