When the data is flawed, it's proof of nothing. If one would actually call the agency in charge of mining concessions in Mexico, one would find that the most current accurate information is that SRGE does in fact own the Cinco Minas concession titles, SRGE has the lease with the locals, and SRGE is in fact the only entity allowed on the property.
