jbloom93, with your thoughts...

What you have uncovered is absolutely nothing new. Most, if not all of your answers are within the DD post within the stickies which is below:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=81808009

Basically, it's fairly simple... either you believe the DD that is posted from those who are "pro" SRGE or you believe the DD that is posted from those who are "con" SRGE. Again, much of what you are learning have been learned and discussed months ago and resolutions have been posted to my liking.

Respectfully, your post shows that you have not gone through the DD post which probably could save you some time and redundancy. Again, I know it's a lot, but go through the DD post that I have mentioned and it should help you to decide what stance to take. I've made my stance from doing my DD.

I will try to clarify this legal dispute for you...It's really not a LEGAL dispute.

Back when MSJ owned Cinco Minas, BGL and MSJ entered into a JV where BGL was to receive a 60% ownership of MSJ and Cinco Minas. MSJ claimed default by BGL and terminated the JV. With the termination of the JV, BGL never recieved the 60% ownership of MSJ or Cinco Minas. BGL sued MSJ and placed a lien on MSJ's Cinco Minas Concession titles.

The lawsuit went through several court hearings in Mexico with no ruling ever to award BGL anything at all. BGL claims there are more hearings coming, but there is no source outside this very board that can confirm that fact, nor is there any mention of any more court hearings for BGL to be found anywhere other than this board.

So that being said, BGL has NEVER owned any percentage of MSJ,nor has it ever had any ownership of Cinco Minas. The Cinco Minas Concession titles BGL proudly displays on their website they claimed for years are theirs, are not in BGL's name. They are in MSJ's name which as I already said BGL's has ZERO ownership of. MSJ has also stated they no longer own Cinco Minas and have no interest in BGL.

BGL continues to claim they are entitled to Cinco Minas, however, as I mentioned, not one of the Court hearings has awarded BGL anything at all. Nor is there anywhere on planet earth that even hints at more Court hearings for BGL other than this board.

Here is the kicker...If there really was a VALID legal or ownership dispute, BY MEXICAN LAW, The Mexican Mining Registry could not have transferred the Cinco Minas Concession titles to SRGE or anyone else. The Concession titles were transferred to SRGE which means there is no VALID legal dispute or ownership questions.

"Cinco Minas is a subject to a legal dispute between Bandera Gold Ltd and Southridge Enterprises Inc."

If legal dispute is true, then a greement of buyout between SRGE and new york listing company can't go through with 4 weeks.

Do you call Bandera Gold Ltd? How do they say?

Wow this is interesting.......

Now this is where things get "juicy":

I wanted to get to the bottom of this Cinco Minas property, does SRGE have it, etc. So first off I called the company Southridge directly and they told me that yes they do own the property but they are not currently mining on it.

Ummmm if SRGE IS NOT MINING....... Where are they getting the 3.14 MILLION IN REVENUE?????????????

MORE LIES FROM SRGE!!! This VIDEO CLEARLY SHOWS THEM FRAUDULENTLY MINING.... SO WHICH IS IT??...... WE KNOW SRGE ARE LIARS SO....... ARE THEY OR AREN'T MINING. EITHER WAY THEY HAVE BEEN LYING.

FRAUDCO SRGE

Again, now we have two question: 1, If SRGE own the property of Cinco Minas? Your servey is no result, because SRGE and a offer in Mexico said Yes, but a lady in the U.S., one of the heads of Mining properties said no, it's in "Legal Dispute between Southridge Minerals and Bandera Gold Ltd". 2, If SRGE is mining Cinco Minas property? Your servey said NO: "first off I called the company Southridge directly and they told me that yes they do own the property but they are not currently mining on it. However on 11/5/2012, SRGE's pr said "The Company is currently in production at our Cinco Minas mine

Very confuse me. I have no idea to answer these two questions.
