Could this info posted on http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRGE/company-info regarding the share structure dated November 2, 2012 be false? Where did OTC Markets get this info from, don't they verify it and I am aware on SRGE's website dated Nov 7, 2012 the same share structure info appears here http://www.southridgeminerals.com/investor.htm .
