I beleve the imformation post at OTC is correct and confirmed. They updated the share struture to reflect the reduced shares struture. This was done 3 days before they announced the dividend Nov 5, so that everything would be current and correct for the dividend dispersement. The dividend payment took place as planned with no hickups other than the different brokerages payment schedules, we at e-trade got ours Monday. Fine with me! I think the more people dig for dirt the more they will find SRGE seems to be the real deal. IMHO Time will tell. GL
