What happens to your theory if the dilution results in an accretive acquisition?

Suppose they use 200M shares of stock to buy another company that adds capabilities and value.

Would the dilution be such a bad thing?

Yeah, I'm looking forward, but I see PPS dropping ever so slightly.. I'm out for today, I'm liquid.. If Monday starts an upward trend ill buy and only be out a few shares difference...
