This practice (AUTHORIZING NEW SHARES) by a company such as this one , they sometimes authorize more shares to a certain level to specifically target those unsuspecting SHARHOLDERS or new shareholders into jumping in the mix along with the veteran shareholders........ This can create a period of time > where a large drop in PPS is the norm and the newbies buybuybuy as it spirals downward , even as this takes place the company can be buying back shares if the protocall takes it to the levels that are productive for the buyback ..... This process might go on for a long time period maybe several months or much longer ..... Then the company announces some fantastic news or multiple PR's and even let it be known despite the authorization of these new shares just a few months ago, they have now decided to retire an even larger block of the A/S , without ever diluting into the market any of the previously added shares ...... This practice allows the company to option to buy back shares if they wish to, using shareholders as the catalyst to dictate a certain level of volatility to the bottom line of action in performance in the market ....... Of course there are many other factors that can play out in this type of move by said company ..... Also I am not saying this is what is happening here with any certainty , only this is one of the possibilities ....... You can analyze this play the way you like , ..... As for me I am always forward looking ....... Rachael
