Yeah, the people here don't understand. MJNA has 4 mil in cash. They don't need to dilute to pay the bills like most pennies. If they issue shares for acquisitions it can increase the value of the company. It will only be voting dilutive and not price dilutive.
All companies dilute, it's the purpose of going public...
The question is if the dilution is going to change the pps. If they issue 100million shares for a 10 million asset then the pps would be unaffected.
