At first I did think it was an investor doing what Sharp does. But it's not. Licht is the COO of the company. The CEO is Ella Frenkel, and the VP and Secretary is Ely Spivak, according to OTCMarkets.

So if Licht wants to sue, he should be doing it in the name of the company, I think. Perhaps it would be proper to add individuals who're part of management. But acting alone is kind of odd.

In a way, the suit is similar to the Bronson-Fairhills litigation, except in that case the action was brought by the SEC. But both involve companies that repeatedly sold stock to financiers who intended to dump it almost immediately.

And that brings us once again to the question of how well the SEC polices transfer agents and the attorneys who write the opinion letters TAs act on...
