While interesting, this isn't a very convincing complaint, which is probably explained by the fact that Licht is action pro se.

when I saw it wasn't an SEC complaint I was disappointed.And them wondered who the plaintiff was. BUT maybe this is the route some will take if the SEC does nothing about it.
