only issue i have is that they borrowed money to pay a dividend. that's sneaky accounting. i think they "think" the old operators of cinco minas BGL have an axe to grind and have been shorting SRGE stock. i think they are upset that the mexican polital and MM connections SRGE has "stole" the mine from them. whatever the reson,,,i don't care. pink sheets brought them to current information because i think a MM is sponsoring them with serious cash money. this MM or funding will do whatever it wants....they could buy sell stock however they wish.
they control the shares and the spickett.......they could gun this to $.07.....or from here they could drive this back down to $.006. it's their call - not mine nor yours, nor any other stupid day trader's opinion on this board.
many day traders just come in,,,,,,looking for a quick buck. they don't care about the shell or the company or the SEC consequences. they just care about one thing - and how much money they can make from trading this stock.
so.......where do we go from here? my best buddy tells me from $.013 it's a downhill treck to $.005's again, and that we will not see anything north of $.013 again.
i told him to blow me,,,,,because today i am 45 + 1 day,,,,,and today seems like a good day for the stock to mount a huge life changing event from $.013 to $.07+ today.
i think OTCBB is next. if they got pink sheets to change their signage from STOP to YIELD to PINK CURRENT....you know the next stop per PRs is OTCBB. that will require audited financials, and there is NO 1 year probabtion waiting period as WARMACHINE wrongfully posted last month. OTCBB is a different because OTCBB is more scrutinized.
OTCBB would mean probablt over $1 in price with OS around 50million. if they have been buying back stock then it's possible that 25% of the volume is going back to the treasury and the funders. they are doing everything i ever wanted a stock to do.......buy back stock, pay cash dividend.....possibly even forward split shares to hurt the short even more. if the short is short,,,,and the forward split is 2 for 1......then they have to buy back double the stock.
interesting that this stock is doing everything in my wildest dreams a stock would do........
