I feel the same way,"too good to be true"? Sometimes that emotion can lose us lots of $$. I have decided to let srge run it's course,so many positive forces here-----not that many pinks have this potential and over time,we could see more than $1.

SRGE,

AGREE, that over time this stock will pay back 100 fold, and you are right about the company doing this too shake the shorts out of there positions, because they the shorts used it to drive down their stock, and they want to make sure they never control it like they did. the bye-back and possible split, is one way of accomplishing that.
The tier change was great, and now the dividend so only stands to reason that audited financials are in the works, that would put this stock in another league all it's own.
this company amazes me how fast they are accomplishing mile stones, they are saying stay with us we'll pay you to hold our stock. in penny land that is awesome. How many penny's do that?

CyberCall, with the Cash Dividend...

Respectfully, I agree with "some" of your thoughts. The Cash Dividend is "not" coming from borrowed money based on how it reads in the PR. SRGE is profitable and they are giving shareholders a Cash Dividend from some of their profits. Here's what the PR stated...

http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=54858552
...The dividend represents a payout of just over 5% of the recently reported quarterly net income. ...

This can't help, but make me wonder how much will future cash dividends will be. You just don't see this very often from companies, but being profitable confirms that they do have the money to give to their shareholders. This is an awesome display of sharing.
