They are not going to pay a special dividend till they see a new license or a sale of patents. Now if they get a big chunk of new cash then we can expect them to reward us.

As much as I would like to see a special Divy I believe by Doubling the current divy from .40 to .80 would really move the PPS upward & show a lot of confidence in the company ! JMHO

Meantime let's keep moving UP even if we must change the window dressing or dressing the window or whatever !! Lol

FISH...It is probably discoverable as to whether or not it will happen. We need Olddog or someone to research the minimum time required to announce a dividend, the ex-date and the pay date. Then we will know a date-specific, beyond which it cannot happen. JMO.
