So you bought the stock and are ok knowing that ALL the preferred shares were created from a dividend? You're ok knowing that there was no investment made to account for the value of those preferreds, even though they are "worth" millions on paper? You're ok knowing that said dividend created a class of preferred stock worth many many times the value of the entire common class?
