Haha, I am shocked by it because that is the first time that I saw about that "dividend" as part of my DD and, frankly, such a thing should NEVER happen. Are you sure you truly understand what took place there?

If thats the first time you saw it you apparently did look at past financial reports because it was listed plain as day.
