I think so... quite frankly I'd be shocked if we don't hear a tentative agreement in the next 2 weeks from the sound of it. Now that is strictly my take. I have not nor would I even ask Tom or anyone about this. I am simply saying, you don't say we've narrowed it to one opportunity, liked the partnership possibilities even more after doing due diligence, and are structuring a deal that is beeneficial to both parties unless you are CLOSE ... real close I would say. I mean, it sounds like there is a tentative agrrement already in place is the way I read between the lines. Cause if you don't come through on that, you are talking about liability. It wouldn't shock me if we hear about that inside of 2 weeks.

That's why when I read it again, I got more excited.

I think it has to be soon. Go ahead and shoot arrows in my logic though... I am just trying to read between the lines here..

The news is much better than folks think here... buying is coming in to the issue now. Tom wouldn't tell us the positive unless he really believed it. Remember how cautious he was in the beginning. Step back, evaulate ... now we are executing... get the shares under 1.25 while one can...
