The shares will be sent directly to shareholders of record. There will be no ex-dividend date as the shares are coming directly from the private company as per agreement between our company and Global Technology Holdings, Inc. which means there is no comparison to cash dividends, quarterly dividends or timeframes for a distribution directly from a public company.
